Google Chrome 3.0.189.0 Released

Google released the Google Chrome 3.0.189.0 to Dev Channel users. Automatic upgrade will be realized by clicking "Spanner—Google Browser". Additionally, V8 engine is updated to V1.2.8. See the following more highlights for this 3.0.189.0:

• All extensions now require to be signed; all unsigned extensions have been disallowed.
