LameXP 3.15 Final

LameXP is a graphical front-end for the LAME MP3, Ogg Vorbis and Nero AAC audio encoders. It accepts WAV, MP3, MP2, Vorbis, AAC, AC3, FLAC, WavPack, Musepack, Shorten, Speex, APE, TTA and WMA. Batch processing could be implemented if several processors are available. Besides, it supports multiple languages. The latest version is 3.15 Final, in LameXP 3.15 Final, Changes are:
* Added support for Nero AAC encoder v1.5.1.0
* Updated mpg123 decoder to v1.10.0
* Updated Media Info to v0.7.26, compiled with ICL 11.1.051
* Updated AC3Filter Tools to v0.31b, compiled with ICL 11.1.051
