EZ-Privacy - An easy and Private Encryption Tool

EZ-Privacy is a privacy protection utility consisting of virtual password's safe to store all your passwords securely and virtual file storage to store your documents encrypted.

As the name demonstrated, The EZ-Privacy Encryption Software can be highly described into two parts, which are, easy and private.

The installation is not required after downloading, you need at least FIVE hints to start, which are the key to open the password safe together with associated passwords. Each time you open this program, FOUR of your hints will be used as a challenge. You will have to enter the password for each of the hints in the order presented.

For example, we take five hints and associated passwords like this:

After you come up with your five initial hints you are ready to continue with the wizard. These passwords display on the screen, and you can check the checkbox labeled "View passwords in plain text" as demonstrated on the next slice.

Then it comes to the initial EZ-Privacy login screen. Every time the program is started you will be prompted to enter a password to login. The password will be different each time since it is generated randomly from 4 of your hints. So for the challenge presented in this example:

Notice that no spaces were used to separate the individual hint's password.Then, it comes to the main screen. From this screen your registered program can have access to all the provided functionalities of this program. A description of each of the buttons and their function is provided on the status window when you mouse over a button.

The first step of the password wizard is to select the operation you will like to do. You may add a new password, modify the information for an existing password, or completely remove an existing password. Click on 'I want to add a new password and click on 'Next' button.

Step 2 of the password wizard consists of entering the location name and the user ID associated with the password that you are adding. The location name is whatever you want to call it, but it should describe what the password is for, and be different from any other location's name already used. For this example we go add the password for one of our Yahoo! email accounts.

For the location name we'll use: my yahoo email
The user id for this account is: myemail@yahoo.com

The third step of the password wizard is actually entering the password.
The final step of the password wizard allows you to enter any additional information in the Note 1, Note 2, and Remarks textboxes.

Besides, in the Option module, you can change any of the program settings, such as Administrator Password Options, System Tray and Hotkey Options and Current Language Option.

And one more notice, If your copy of EZ-Privacy is not registered or activated you will get the 'About Registering EZ-Privacy' reminder when you start the program or when you click on the buttons of blocked features such as 'Documents', 'Options', or 'Hints' button.
