Step Three: Find Duplicate Outlook Email
Duplicate emails are indeed a big problem that messes your email box up. That's why we take it as the third step. Click Outlook email:

Customize the definition by pressing "Define".

After searching is finished, mark emails by "Smart Marker" with different criteria.

And remove them by "Save space" if you want.
