Share The Songs You Are Listening With Winamp

Now we always communicate with our friends though Internet, use some IM or Internet Phone. Some of us may want to share their favorate music they are listening with their friends. Now we can do that with some Winamp plug-ins.

1.Skype
When you are listening a great song with Winamp, you can share it with your friends in Skype with a plug-in for Winamp.Winamp to Skype sets the actual playing Winamp song title to the Skype profile mood text. Start winamp after Skype.

Download Winamp to Skype plug-in and just copy the dll file to your winamp plugin directory, restart your winamp, then you can let your friends know which song you are listening.

2. Yahoo! Messager
Like Winamp to Skype, Yahoo! Messenger Now Playing for Winamp is a free Winamp plugin which makes your Yahoo! Messenger status to show the current song that you're listening to. No viruses, no adware, no spyware, and it doesn't advertise itself in your status, like other similar programs do.

Close Winamp if it is currently running and download Yahoo! Messenger Now Playing for Winamp. Double clickt the setup file to install it.

After the installation completes, open Winamp. Press Ctrl + P to open your Preference window. Then click the General Purpose list item under Plug-ins item in the left pane. You'll find a item named "Yahoo! Messenger Now Playing" in the right pane. Double click it to configure the plug-in.

After your setting, save the changes and start your Yahoo! Messenger, your friend will know the song you are listening though your Yahoo! Messenger status.
