Firefox 4 improves the interface accroding to Windows Start menu
The most outstanding change of Firefox 4 is the redesigned user interface. With the release of three beta versions, Mozilla gives us the new appearance of Firefox 4, for instance, tab bar moved to the top, the new tab navigation and tab sets.
According to the users' feedback, the designer Alex Faaborg and User Experience Team have improved the Firefox menu. And recently Mozilla has introduced a new function. That is the new main menu which will replace the menu bar. The new design aim at entirely displacing the old menu(under default setting) and provide the Firefox menu via a single button.
The new menu will be used in Firefox 4 with Windows or Linux. It includes two lines. One has frequently-used operation while the other has some functional options, like bookmarks, browser histories, add-ons. Mozilla says this design just like the start menu of Windows.
Mozilla express that this new menu has not finalized. The official Firefox 4.0 will be different from current one. And it is encouraged that the customers provide personal suggestions.
