Users copuld browse categories, the top selling, new and free titles and they will also be able to flip through reader and critical reviews before buying.

Last February, Google unveiled the Web version of the Android Market, which allowed users to sample all of the Market’s apps in a single web page, rather than on an Android device. By selecting and buying an app on the Web store, users can push the app to a selected Android device.
The feature is right now US only and will be rolled out globally later this year.

Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate has reached 2 million downloads milestone, less than a week since its push out in 40 languages. The downloads only accounted for user-initiated downloads, and not those through Windows Update.

Microsoft shipped Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate last Thursday, it is the final preview before Microsoft gives the code the green light sometime before the end of March.
